The Program Enrollment Committee is charged with establishing enrollment targets for academic programs, departments, schools, and colleges in consultation with the University Enrollment Committee. In doing so, this committee examines academic resource allocation as it pertains to enrollment, program capacity, recruitment initiatives for targeted under/oversubscribed programs, and policies and procedures which impact student enrollment and academic success. Various admission, enrollment, and retention research is used to assist the committee in its charge.
The committee consists of the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and Academic Services, the Director of Admissions, the Director of University College, the University Registrar, College Associate Deans, and representatives of the Department Chairs and School Directors.
